The Project
In 2008 the Government asked the Region to reassess its priorities for a second Regional Funding Allocation round covering a period up to 2019. The revised advice submitted to Ministers was unable to prioritise funding for the A419/A417 Cowley to Brockworth Improvement.
Ministers have now generally accepted the Region's advice and the Highways Agency is no longer pursing this proposal.
