Post Opening Project Evaluation Report

This report represents the ‘One-Year After’ report for the A34/ M4 Junction 13 Chieveley Improvement, and has been prepared as part of the Highways Agency’s Post Opening Project Evaluation (POPE) programme. The report considers the re-evaluation of predicted benefits for the A34/ M4 Chieveley Junction Improvement.
