The Project
On Saturday 07 August works will begin over night to re-texture the road surface of various roundabouts in Dover, consequently the carriageways will not need to be resurfaced for at least three years. This involves maintenance works to rejuvenate the existing road surface to make it safer for road users.
The works will begin at 8.00pm on Saturday 07 August until 12.00 midnight on Sunday 08 August and will not create any excess noise. However, the works are not expected to last that long and to keep traffic delays to a minimum, the works will be carried out using mobile lane closures.
