- Q) Why are signals being installed?
- A) Signals are being installed to improve traffic flow and reduce queing back onto the Motorway.
- Q) Why is this work not being included with the maintenance works between J10 and J11?
- A) As the works may affect diversion routes for the planned major works it was decided to complete the improvement measures at this junction now to reduce the impact of all the road improvement schemes to the road user.
