Data collection, review of data, identification of additional data required.
September 2004Stakeholder Consultation:
Representatives from Local Authorities, the Government Offices, the Highways Agency, the Managing Agents and the RMS Consultants meet to establish and formulate the draft route functions, objectives, problems and the draft land use and development control statement.
September 2004 - February 2005Preparation of initial route management strategy:
An initial detailed strategy will be developed and published.
February - May 2005Public Consultation
May - July 2005Review of public consultation responses and finalisation of Route Management Strategy.
