Public Notice for the M6 Toll (The Birmingham Northern Relief Road) Supplementary (Side Roads) Order 2005
During the 1994/1995 Public Inquiry, the Highways Agency agreed to promote the additional Staffordshire supplementary side roads Order for Staffordshire County Council.
This Order was published in draft on Thursday 25 September 2003 and we are now in a position to make the Order.
The A4097 Trunk Road (M42 Jct 9, Dunton Interchange To M6 Toll Slip Road, Warwickshire) Order 2004
When the Orders were made for M6 Toll in 1998 the A4097 trunk section of road, which links Dunton Interchange to the M6 Toll slip road, was not part of the trunk road network.
We now propose to leave this link as a trunk road. This Order was prepared after discussions with Warwickshire County Council and will provide a continuity of the trunk road network.
