The Project
This RMS has been developed by the Highways Agency and its consultants, Babtie Group. The process began in Autumn 2002 and was concluded in Spring 2005, with the publication of the RMS.
The Strategy Report is available as a reference document under the Publications section of this scheme's web site. Up-to-date information is available in the Route Management Plan (RMP), also available in the Publications section of this scheme's web site. The RMP, including the programme of studies and programmes of schemes, will be a "live" document, reviewed and updated periodically to reflect current needs and to maintain its relevance to the aims of the RMS Route Outcomes.
