This web site outlines the Route Management Strategy (RMS) for the A194(M)/A184/A19 South of Gateshead to North of Newcastle road route.
Hyder Consulting (UK) Limited were commissioned by the Highways Agency to develop this RMS study. The study was completed in March 2005 and the final report can be viewed from the Publications page.
