The Project

Essential resurfacing on the A38 Burton Bypass in Staffordshire will provide a safer route for motorists. Work on the section of the A38 Burton Bypass between Branston and Clay Mills will be completed in February 2005.

In order to minimise disruption to motorists, two lanes will be available to traffic during peak periods and any necessary lane closures will ony take place overnight or at weekends.

Traffic management will be removed by 22 December 2004 and reinstatement of traffic management will commence on 4 January 2005
