Institute of Civil Engineers: Yorkshire and Humber Award 2006
The scheme was "HIGHLY COMMENDED" for excellence in concept, design and execution of Civil Engineering works at a ceremony held on 24 February 2006.
Considerate Constructors Award 2006
Birse Civils Ltd were presented with a SILVER AWARD at a ceremony held on 21 March 2006. Two inspections were carried out during the works and received marks of 38.5 and 39 out of 40.
Sites are assessed on their compliance with the scheme's Code of Considerate Practice. Only 7% of sites registered with the scheme received an award.
