The Project

Mouchel Parkman on behalf of the Highways Agency will be carrying out essential carriageway repair work and line marking will be carried out on the M23 southbound carriageway between the A23 and M23 junction 8. Work will start on 01 August 2005 and finish on 05 August 2005 and will be carried out overnight between 2200hrs and 0500hrs.

Traffic Management

To enable Mouchel Parkman's contractor Carillion to carry out the works safely, both the M25 Hooley to Reigate and Hooley to Godstone onslips will be closed between 2200hrs and 0500hrs from 01 August 2005 and finish on 05 August 2005. Traffic wanting to access the M25 from the Southbound M23 will be diverted via the M23 Junction 8 to M23 Junction 9 (Gatwick Exit) and back up the M23 towards M23 Junction 8 where the M25 can be accessed.
