The Project

A major resurfacing and drainage scheme to improve the road surface and boost safety on the A38, South of Ripley, Derbyshire, began on Monday 17 October 2005 and was completed by Monday 31 October 2005.

Essential work to eliminate uneven parts of the surface took place on the A38 between the A61 at Little Eaton junction (Abbey Hill) to the A610 at Ripley.
