1. Introduction
- This report describes the process of consultation which has been undertaken for the M5 junction 9 to 15 Route Management Strategy (RMS).
- Section 2 outlines the five different stages of the public consultation process shown in Figure 1.1 from stakeholder workshops in which problems were identified through to public consultation on specific recommendations.

- Section 3 describes the types of public consultation responses and section 4 discusses these responses and displays statistical results.
