- Public Consultation Exhibition - January/February 2003
- Secretary of State decision - May 2003
- Publish Draft Orders and Environmental Statement - 2004
- Start of Works - 2006
- Road Open - 2007/08
This timetable could be improved if a public inquiry could be avoided. In which case works could start in 2005.
