The Strategy
Review
The Route Management Plan will be reviewed regularly by the Highways Agency to ensure that the Route Outcomes are still appropriate.
A major review of the RMS might be triggered if there is a fundamental change which affects the M11 route. Such triggers might include significant development proposals or changes to Government, HA, Regional and Local strategies and policies.
