The A4097 Trunk Road (M42 Jct 9, Dunton Interchange To M6 Slip Road, Warwickshire) Order 2004

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT hereby gives notice that he has made the following Order:-

1. An Order under section 10 of the Highways Act 1980, entitled The A4097 Trunk Road (M42 Junction 9, Dunton Interchange to M6 Slip Road, Warwickshire) Order 2004, which provides that the A4097 from its junction with M42 (M42 Junction 9, Dunton Interchange) to its roundabout junction with the on-slip to M6 Toll northbound carriageway, including the circulatory carriageway of that roundabout, shall become a trunk road from the date when the Order comes into force.

COPIES of the made Order and the plan referred to in it, may be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours from Friday 20 August 2004 until Friday 1 October 2004 at the offices of Highways Agency, Traffic Operations - Midlands Division, C4 Broadway, Broad Street, Birmingham B15 1BL; Warwickshire County Council, Shire Hall, Warwick, CV34 4SX; North Warwickshire Borough Council, The Council House, South Street, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 1BG;

COPIES of the Order can be purchased through booksellers or direct from government bookshops (HMSO). The A4097 Trunk Road (M42 Junction 9, Dunton Interchange to M6 Slip Road, Warwickshire) Order 2004 is numbered SI 2004 No. 2027 and is priced £3.00.

ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED by an Order mentioned in this notice who desires to question its validity, or the validity of any provision in it, on the ground that -

(a) it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, or

(b) any requirement of that Act or of regulations made under that Act has not been complied with in relation to that Order,

may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date of first publication of this notice. On such an application, the Court may suspend or quash that Order or any provision in it.
