RSS Traffic Feeds

Traffic information delivered by RSS

You can receive information by RSS about incidents on the Highways Agency's roads. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and it's a way of letting you see when your favourite websites update their content. You get the latest headlines in one place, as soon as they're published, without having to visit lots of different sites.

Choose to receive a national feed of current incidents or one of 19 regionalised feeds. These are organised by road or region and include planned as well as unplanned incidents. Just choose from the list below.

You will need a News Reader or other similar software. Microsoft Internet Explorer v7 comes with a built-in News Reader. To subscribe to a feed, all you need to do is click the orange RSS button or drag it into your News Reader. For more information about RSS including details on how to receive the feeds, please read the RSS - your questions answered.
