We are committed to making your journey as smooth as possible by providing you with traffic information that will help you plan your journey. Our aim is to get information to you as quickly as possible in a format that is most suitable to your needs.
There are many different ways you can receive the latest traffic information, sent to you direct from our the National Traffic Control Centre, which monitors traffic 24/7 and provides real-time information to travellers and businesses.

Information for Businesses
As an organisation, you will want to be receiving our latest information direct from the source, so we've developed a range of services to help you deliver traffic information to your staff and customers. Atlas Pro is a text-based and more detailed information service specifically developed for businesses. You can view, for example, traffic speeds, live electronic roadside messages and unconfirmed incidents for early warning. A number of features have been recently added to Atlas Professional in order to help our operational partners make the most of information from the Highways Agency.
